Job Description
- Serves as a key digital marketing contact in APAC responsible for understanding local performance marketing nuances and insights
- Work with county level markets to ensure accurate and regular multi market representation
- Create content for owned organic channels and be responsible for community management
- Build seamless lead journeys through various digital marketing touchpoints
- Define KPIs per campaign and funnel-stage to meet company goals
- Keep laser-focus on analytics and in-depth analysis of segment and channel performance in relation to KPIs, and the ability to summarize these findings with clear next-steps
- Regular monitoring of campaign data, performance, goal-tracking and general analytics
- Provide campaign progress updates to Director Marketing APAC and Marketing Managers on a regular basis
- Work hand-in-hand with marketers from other regions to ensure optimized user journeys through landing pages and conversion points
- Report to Director Marketing APAC and collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, Press Release and digital agencies to ensure a cohesive digital presence
- Assist with offline marketing projects as requested including event management and marketing administration.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years in digital marketing channels in both the B2B and B2C space in a life-science or medical device
- General marketing background including communications, event management.
- Planning and execution of multi-market, full-funnel, multi-channel digital campaigns
- Proven success/achievement in managing agencies and production suppliers.
- Ability to communicate complex digital metrics into digestible data. Ability to present results and learnings to managers of the organization.
