Job Description
Project & Cost Management, Coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
· Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support to the project team.
· Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
· Manage project resource allocation.
· Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to directors.
· Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
· Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
· Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
· Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
· Attending site meetings with consultants
· Study of the construction drawing details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/ site issues.
· Ensuring that works on site are carried out according to specifications/ drawings.
· Inform Project Director on any technical/ site problems arising.
· Reporting work progress to the necessary party.
· Coordination of sub-contractor’s work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.
· Ad hoc Assignments
Requirements
· Meticulous, positive working attitude, self-driven individual
· Possesses good communication skills and can communicate with all levels within a project team.
· At least Diploma /certificate or equivalent
. Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager in commercial fit out
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
· Posses Class 3 Driving licenses, preferably with own transport
· Singaporean/ PR/ S Pass
