About Our Client
Our client is a NASDAQ listed HR consulting firm that provides a wide-range of services from executive search, leadership consulting, to organisational development consultation to Fortune 500 clients globally. They have strong presence across US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific with over 2000 employees. They are currently looking for a new Asia Pacific HR Business Partner in the Singapore office to provide end-to-end HR support to its leadership team.
Job Description
You will be reporting to the Head of HR APAC based in Hong Kong with the following responsibilities:
- Be a strategic HR partner to the leadership team across APAC & Middle East with over 350+ employees providing advises to ensure that business goals are met
- There is a small HR team of 3 across APAC & ME region that you would work with and get support from, however, despite being a HR Business Partner, you are still expected to be hands-on in day-to-day HR operational work as well
- With its highly matrix organisational structure, you will work with various stakeholders to understand their business needs and be able to deal with high ambiguity
- Working closely with other HR CoEs like C&B, L&D and TA to ensure that there is high efficiency and employee experience is positive
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant would need to have:
- At least 7 years of HR Business Partner experience in a regional capacity
- Candidates who are familiar with a highly matrix structure, or has worked in a partnership work environment would be ideal
- Able to work collaboratively and have strong stakeholder management skills
