Main Duties:
- Responsible for developing and planning of sales strategies as well as providing direction and control of sales activities to ensure continuous growth for the Company.
- Prepare sales forecast and review sales strategies and activities to achieve the company’s sales revenue and competitive advantage.
- Establish and develop business plans and direct operations to meet annual sales and profitability objectives.
- Manage sales department operational, administrative needs and also budgeting, system requirements and staffing needs for areas including sales, reception, valet, and new car delivery teams.
- Determine training needs for sales, reception, valet and new car delivery teams.
- Conceptualise, execute and evaluate sales action plans and campaigns.
- Ensure retail space is properly represented with adequate display and demonstration models.
- Constantly audit and modify, where necessary, existing work flow, processes and customer journey to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide good leadership, guidance and counselling to working teams to meet customers and job requirements and additionally for the sales team to achieve their individual sales quota requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure annual CEM targets as set by the principal are achieved.
- Ensure consistent and accurate input and update of data by the sales team into our prospect management system.
- Ensure all planning, activities, tracking and reporting is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
- Look into and address customer complaints and issues for sales department related cases.
- Responsible for growth in corporate sales business which includes business-to-business sales, diplomatic sales, fleet sales, corporate programs and government tenders.
- Multi-faceted skills, including sales force management, account management and needs analysis of the existing portfolio of corporate customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in similar position with strong track record of proven success in driving impressive performance within the organisation.
- Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities and assess, recognise and reward performances.
- Strategic in mindset and has “hands-on” and “can do” attitude to get the job done.
- Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess class 3 driving licence.
- Able to work on weekends and 6 days work week.
