Job Scope
Engage in business development activities to secure new clientele via cold calls and email marketing
Should have experience in the Digital market like FB/ Instagram / Linkedin etc
Need to acquire new clients to enhance and sustain market presence.
Identify and address clients' human resources requirements by offering tailored business strategies.
Cultivate and nurture strong rapport with clients and candidates to ensure prolonged engagement.
Create and publish job advertisements across multiple online platforms.
Execute job orders by sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in alignment with client specifications.
Should be achieved the monthly target
Requirements
Should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment industries
Degree or Diploma in Business or any other equivalent
Should have CEI certificate
