Our client is a global alcohol brand, and one of the biggest brands in the market. With concrete plans for the future, its objective is to develop new business opportunities for the group. It is looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team to bring the organisation to new heights, and to deliver strong, fast and sustainable growth in 2024.

about the role:

  • Lead shopper marketing, activation, and category management efforts across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing and Commercial teams to execute strategic objectives aligned with global brand plans.
  • Create and implement comprehensive 360 campaigns driven by shopper-centricity to attract, engage, and convert shoppers both online and in-store.
  • Support premiumization efforts across various touchpoints to continually enhance brand execution and shopper experience.
  • Develop the annual customer marketing plan and execute activation, visibility, and promotional plans.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and digital/social strategies in line with brand guidelines.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to define the brand's digital strategy and drive online conversion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and collaborate with the Commercial team to manage business performance.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with customers, team members, and domestic market contacts.
  • Evaluate activation tools, conduct category analysis, and develop insight-driven customer propositions for category growth.
  • Manage the Brand Investment budget and co-own the P&L with the Key Account Manager.
  • Review activation and promotional effectiveness to enhance ROI.
  • Stay informed about competitor activity and industry data to improve targeting and performance.
  • Coordinate industry-related events in the APAC region.

skills and experience required

  • At least 5 years of experience in trade/shopper marketing
  • Willingness to travel within the region occasionally
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
