Admin and Marketing Executive

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Keep track of motorcycle models, parts, and accessories in stock. Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, sales, and after-sales service. Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage financial records. Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Use software systems to track and manage data effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated with industry regulations and make sure the dealership operates within the law.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns to promote motorcycles and services. Use various channels such as social media, print, and online advertising to reach target audiences.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts to engage with customers and promote the dealership. Create content, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Events Planning: Organize events such as sales promotions, bike shows, or charity rides. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful events.
  • Branding: Develop and maintain the dealership's brand image and identity. Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement CRM strategies to build and maintain customer relationships. Use CRM software to track customer interactions and personalize marketing efforts.
