Job Responsibilities:
- Quantity take off and BQ measurement
- Cost analysis and comparison for project procurement packages
- Sourcing for subcontractors / suppliers
- Subcontractors and suppliers progress claim and variation order claim management
- Handling / assisting in Main contract progress claim and variation order claim
- Prepare tender reports
- Preparation of issuance of WO / VO / Subcontract
Job Requirements:
- Possess Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- About 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in Private Residential Projects / Commercial Projects and PPVC Projects will be preference
