Operations and warehouse admin assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in office and operations administration matters.

2. Assist in updating operations records, issuing of invoices, quotations, delivery orders etc.

3. Handle and record phone enquiries, assist and preparation of goods for delivery/collection, assist in recording collection book for collection of items.

4. Design and conduct inventory count and perform stock take with warehouse assistant.

5. Assist in data entry, scanning, filing, updating physical documents into excel and computer system.

6. Any other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

· Good communication skills

· Good with computer, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

· Self-starter – able to organise, prioritise, has initiative and work fast & efficiently.

· Able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers.

· Able to work in factory environment.

· No experience required - all candidates will be considered fairly.
