EHS Roles:
- Wokring with Business Leader to develop and manage company EHS management system in accordance with Corperation requirements, ISO14001 and 45001 standards.
- Plan, implement and conducts EHS committee meetings with Operation’s EHS representatives to drive EHS programs.
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of EHS
- Plan, implement and conducts EHS audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
- Provides management team with guidance on local guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for incident notification, investigation, and case management.
- Develop risk management plans and risk controls in alignment with organisation’s risk management framework
- Reports the EHS performance to business leaders.
- Plan and implement EHS awarenss and promotion events.
- Plan and implement sustainability program.
Facility Roles:
- Manage the maintenance of the buildings facilities and building services.
- Develop maintenance plans and schedules for inspection, testing, repair and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems
- Inspect the facilities on an on-going basis to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of all facility equipment.
- Manages within the approved maintenance budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operations
- Oversee management of security within the properties.
Pre-requisites
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management, Safety and Environmental Study or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 4 years’ experience in HSE/Facility industry is preferred. (Experience in aviation industry with a strong understanding of airworthiness requirements would have advantage.)
- Conversant with Singapore regulation (WSH / NEA / SCDF Act), ISO 9001:2015 / 14001 / 45001 / AS9100 standards.
- Experience in authorities and ISO audit or equivalent.
- Applicants who are qualified Lead / Internal Auditors would have an advantage.
- Applicable who are qualified with WSHO would have advantage.
- Good team-player with strong written, verbal and PC skills (Experience in Gensuites system would have advantage)
