- Be able to answer customer questions and provide accurate information.

- Prepare sales contracts and other paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales transactions.
4. Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the dealership.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up with leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
