Account management is the practice of providing customers with service, support and improvement opportunities to increase their consumption of a product or service, and maximize retention and cross-sell/upsell opportunities within the customer base.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused post-sales account management to join our team. You should have an excellent communication skill, work independently and have the initiative to solve problems on a daily basis.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Taking care of post-sales accounts, responsible for future renewals
· Work closely with fellow members of the Sales Team to achieve company sales targets
· Managing and nurturing positive business relationships with customers or clients
· Identifying and understanding customer needs, developing customized solutions and communicating regularly to build customer loyalty
· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services & to enhance the overall customer experience
· Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally
· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
· Other ad-hoc job duties when required
Job Requirements
· Team player
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Min. 1 year working experience is required
· Relevant working experience in the coffee industry would be an added advantage
· Educational Requirements: Diploma and above is preferred but not required
Working Hours
5 Working Days Per week
Mondays - Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
