Admin Assistant

Convergence Automotive (pte. Ltd.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· 5.5 days work week

· Working hours: Monday to Friday: 10am-7pm, Saturday: 10am-3pm

· Location: Mega@Woodlands

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave


Jobs Responsibilities:

· Managing accident reports

· Attend to customers’ enquiries and requests for car servicing and repairs

· Submitting insurance claims via Merimen

· Coordinating with surveyors and relevant officers

· Liasing with suppliers

· Fulfilling other administrative duties as needed


Jobs Requirements:

· Singaporeans / PR only

· Able to work under pressure, multi-task and independent

· Positive attitude with pleasant personality

· Knowledge or experience on car related matter is an added advantage
