Your new role
- Manage customer queries and provide solutions to customer issues
- Deliver training on our online portal and trade lifecycle, and customised trainings for customers
- Help to organise in-house trainings for customers
- Conduct regular service reviews with key customers, and address any issues
- Visit customers independently and with RM in the region
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify the needs of prospective clients in assigned areas for settlement and custody and work with RM to deliver solutions
- Work closely with RM on deepening existing relationships, sales pitches, and refer any potential business to RM
- Keep abreast of product and technical developments
- Support team-related matters such as documentation, agreements, KYC, organizing marketing events, corporate gifts etc
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years of relevant banking experience
- University degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related discipline
- Customer-centric and service-oriented
- Responsible & committed, meticulous, highly organized, and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Competent in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
