You will translate business requirements into human capital imperatives, utilize the full value chain of HR to derive relevant HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business, unleash the maximum potential of Siemens Healthineers people.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You build strong, trusted relationships with the Zone Leadership Team; according to the business priorities and strategies, partner with leaders to identify the organizational capabilities and leadership needed for today and tomorrow, prepare our organization ready for future success and respond to shifts in the business environment well.
- You develop and communicate Zone people strategies and translate them into local HR goals and actions.
- As the Zone HR Head you coach and enable senior executives to be more effective leaders, identify needs for change management as well as champion related activities.
- According to our company purpose and values, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and sustainability's goals and commitment, you act as an organizational influencer, partner with leaders to strengthen company culture and employee experiences by embedding our values and beliefs into our day-to-day activities and behaving as role model of those values.
- You identify and develop leaders by facilitating talent review process and succession planning, effectively leveraging movements, stretch assignments and other developmental activities to prepare leaders for future.
- While demonstrating leadership for the entire HR value chain (including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, People & Culture, Total Rewards, HR country Operations, etc.) you are acting as an integrating matrix leader, lead the HR Team of the Zone, manage the HR organization (including budget), guide and develop the HR team.
- As the representative HR Lead you are accountable for the implementation of HR policies as well as guidelines and their compliance to local regulations on labor law or compliance issues in Zone ASEAN.

Your qualifications and experiences:
- As experienced HR professional you have gained ~ 15+ years of HR experience, solid experience in HR BP at a sizeable organization with 1,000+ employees, full scope, and knowledge in all the HR topics.
- Preferably, you have international working experience and experience in ASEAN Zone.
- You have a track record of leadership experience with people management and stakeholder accountability, and experience in working with represented employee groups.
- Ability to develop people strategy and translate to impactful HR activities, have proven track record to drive change as a credible change leader, and shape organization culture.
- Have track record of building strong rapport with senior leaders as a trusted and thought partner.
- Have great understanding of talent needs of the business, have track records of identifying and developing leaders.
- Being able to listen and communicate effectively to various audiences in a manner that fosters trust and leads to desired outcomes.
- Approaches problem solving systematically and makes timely, well-thought-out decisions.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the organization’s business model, structure, and strategy, understands financial performance metrics; Has proven track record of developing clear business cases backed by data to convey the importance of initiatives.
- Provides guidance and coaching to people managers on managing with empathy, mitigating bias, and modeling inclusive and equitable behaviors.
- Demonstrates ability and willingness to continually learn, grow and listen to other opinions, accepts new or radical ideas with an open mind.
- Flexes to absorb additional requests and unanticipated workflow challenges with resilience and proactiveness.
