About Our Client
Operating an anti-recessionary business, my client holds a unique position in the manufacturing sector, partnering with multiple FMCG brands on their service. Established manufacturing facilities in 8 countries across Asia, the team is looking for a Finance Manager, providing a platform for individuals with expertise in finance operations, business partnering and treasury to join the organisation.
Job Description
Reporting to the GM Finance, you will:
- Be responsible for full spectrum finance for APAC business, covering financial planning and treasury matters
- Work closely with regional finance leaders at corporate and plant level, consolidate financial reports on monthly performance, yearly budgets
- Manage funding requirements, quick to propose mitigation strategies to counter foreign exchange fluctuations
- Track cashflow management, maintain strong commercial partnership with financial institutions
- Strengthen internal controls and drive system improvements, promote operational efficiency
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualified in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 6 years of working experience
- Managed APAC portfolio, working experience in a manufacturing, plant set up
- Strong communication skills to engage independently with senior/regional stakeholders
- Technically strong, stays abreast of accounting standards, forex and interest rates fluctuations, US GAAP exposure will be highly advantageous
- Hands on and analytical, proactive and resourceful in working style
