Responsibilities
- Check vessel schedule / update Compass system / submit transhipment location instruction (TLI) to PSA
- Make booking with feeder operator for destination where HMM has no service & dangerous goods (DG)
- Create feeder code in compass system
- Cross check compass with PSA Portnet record and make amendments if required
- Declare DG cargoes to PSA Portnet
- Raise IT service management (ITSM) to HQ Process Innovation team if required
- Read and act on email pertaining to own service
Requirements
- Min ‘O’ Level qualification
- Preferably 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
