We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be onsite.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and conduct EHS trainings (including orientation, visitor inductions, risk assessment briefings, and external EHS trainings.)
- Lead and carry out risks and hazards identification, recommend corrective actions, assist in implementation, and follow up till closure.
- Lead and conduct incident response investigations (including minor injuries, near misses, and property damages), and verify that corrective actions are implemented
- Lead EHS audits within the company and assist in other audits.
- Update and maintain procedures, work instructions, records, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in events such as continuous improvement Kaizens, where required.
- Assist in Preventive Maintenance of equipment (including EHS equipment), machinery, tools, vehicles, at appropriate intervals
- Adhere to and implement safe work procedures, organization’s, and regulatory requirements at the workplace.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs and metrics.
- Assist sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, and energy reduction promotion.
- Assist to attend to and address facilities issues effectively and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist the Head or Manager of EHS and Facilities where required.
Your Profile
- Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, EHS (Environment Health and Safety), or equivalent.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in EHS
- Facilities and sustainability experience would be an added benefit.
