The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a client in the luxury FMCG industry and they are looking for a Logistics Operations Analyst to join their team! Reporting to the Assistant Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will handle daily logistics operations and work closely with the Process Improvement Engineer to identify/support process improvements and tackle issues related to warehouse automation, stock segregation, scorecard & display, and e-commerce order process flow.

- Work location: Pioneer (2-way company transport available at Boon Lay, Jurong East, and Outram MRT station)
- Work hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

- Salary base up to $4,000 / month + AWS + VB
The Job:
E-Commerce Operations
- Point of contact between HQ/Brands and Operations team to ensure all requirements from Brands are aligned
- Identify and solve critical issues relating to e-commerce order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain healthy stock level for all packaging materials by reviewing and providing recommendations for weekly packaging materials replenishment, ordering new stocks and coordinating with stakeholders on incoming stock arrival
- Provide monthly principal brand updates to the Operations team
- Serve as the e-commerce order process expert, addressing improvement requests with creative thinking to maintain brand image, ensure customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
Purchasing
- Be the subject matter expert on procurement flows involving RFQs, comparing quotations, negotiating, issuing purchase orders, arranging delivery orders, invoicing, payment terms and incoterms
- Issuance of POs for brands and e-commerce orders
- Work closely with stakeholders on the ordering and shipment of all PO items
Warehouse Stock Segregation, Scorecard & Display
- Assess the feasibility of requests and provide clear instructions to stakeholders on execution
- Maintain and update all resources related to Warehouse Stock Segregation while ensuring accuracy
- Offer suggestions to stakeholders regarding order fulfillment inquiries based on in-depth knowledge of the Warehouse Stock Segregation methodology
- Continuously enhance resources and working files based on user feedback
- Prepare and update presentation slides for the Safety Notice Board monthly
- Update M-1 warehouse KPIs in the scorecard file before monthly meetings
Projects
- Initiate and lead projects to ramp up capacity & productivity, reduce costs and improve quality
- Provide timely project progress updates to key stakeholders
The Talent:
- Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
- Prior experience within the Supply Chain industry in areas of Purchasing, Logistics, e-Commerce Operations, Warehouse Management
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse levels of stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and meticulous, coupled with strong organization skills to prioritize work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different diverse stakeholders with attention to service and quality
- Proficiency in SAP, WMS, Power Query, Power BI, Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
