Our client is a manufacturing multinational seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to be part of their dynamic HR team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Partner closely with business leaders on diagnosing business requirements and identifying learning interventions to address individual and organsiation development needs
- Design, develop and deliver training programmes using adult learning methodologies and digital learning to upskill capabilities of the workforce to meet the business priorities
- Work closely with broader HR team and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of learning programmes, including government institutions on administering grant and training subsidies
- Adopt a data-driven approach in evaluating programme effectiveness, utilizing insights to drive continuous process improvements
- Manage and drive training programmes such as New Hire Onboarding Programme as well as other employee engagement initiatives
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 5 to 8 years experience in learning & development preferably in mid to large size organisations.
- ACLP certification and experience in similar industries will be a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style
- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems preferably SAP sucessfactors will be advantageous
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
