ACCOUNTANT

7 Days Holding (s) Pte. Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:


Handle full set of accounts AR/AP/GL, Cash book, Bank reconciliation, GST and CPF submission etc

Ensure that all financial statements and reports are in accordance with the rules and regulations of government/tax bureau are prepared accurately and timely

Responsible for processing accounting entries and ensuring timely preparation and accuracy

Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts

Each month prepare Employee's salary & payroll

Submit Employee's IRA8/ IRA21

Organize and maintain filing system

Check up each branch account transaction & each month profit & lost and year-end audit report

Proper Filing system of all Business Documents


Qualification:


Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification

At least 5 years experiences

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Good English and Chinese communication in both orally & writing
