- Adecco is partnering with a globally technology services company to search for a Service Parts Planner
- Focus: Inventory Management, Spart Parts Service, Order Management and Forecasting
- Office location: Singapore, West
- 5 -days work (Monday -Friday) Office Hours
The Talent
- Min Diploma preferably in Supply chain management
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience – Inventory Management
- Proficient in Excel and strong Analytical Skills
- Knowledge in SAP or ERP or Oracle software
The Job
The Service Parts Planner is responsible for monitoring parts activity and maintaining the appropriate inventory levels to achieve a high level of order fulfillment without creating unnecessary surplus
- Exhibit discretion and judgement when maintaining inventory levels for Service parts
- Perform Analysis on Parts Back Order analysis and be resourceful to search for alternate sources for parts if required
- Provide support and liaise with service partner to ensure Service Partners are able to procure parts for repair
- Manage RMA returns for defective parts.
- Adjust and maintain Sold-to Pricing of Parts in system according to internal cost fluctuation.
- Handles return from Service Partners for Non-Moving Parts as per guidelines
- Any other ad hoc duties required by the manager
