Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning sector in Singapore.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
- Submit tender according to tender specifications by meeting the deadline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the cleaning or facility services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
