- Requisition and Purchase Order Management:Generate, distribute, and monitor requisitions and purchase orders.
Ensure accuracy and oversee timely delivery of parts.
- Vendor Management:Follow up on purchases and ensure timely deliveries.
Assess and report automotive vendor delivery performance.
Maintain and update the approved vendor list.
- Quality Improvement Recommendations:Provide recommendations for enhancing quality to superiors.
- Material Planning:Develop comprehensive material plans aligned with production requirements.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
Maintain continuous material flow based on production needs.
- Supplier Visits:Conduct necessary visits to suppliers to verify and address delivery-related issues.
- Coordination and Mediation:Act as a coordinator and mediator between suppliers and planners.
Align forecasts and delivery plans with customer-required quality and schedule.
- Inventory Monitoring:Monitor material inventory levels.
Ensure safe stock of materials based on customer forecasts and production schedules.
