Position Mission:-
Training Senior Coordinator is responsible to oversee all logistics and administrative activities on training activities. This position also needs to continuously seeking for improvement on internal procedures and processes.
Social Acumen:-
Liaison with GMs, training participants, APBU HRPICs and HQ counterparts on training related matters.
Geographical scope:-
APBU countries and HQ on training activities and programs.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage HQ and Regional training programmes for employees from Singapore and across Asia Pacific offices, including review of materials and nomination of participants.
- Organize and coordinate both face-to-face and online Training programmes, including scheduling, facilities booking, logistics arrangement, invoice processing and budget management.
- Collaborate with the HQ, team and various stakeholders to conduct reviews and track feedback/evaluation of training interventions in order to address employee training needs and skill gaps.
- Oversee training records such as training history, certifications and academic sponsorship and manage upkeep of internal learning systems. Involve in system administration and support.
- Design and administration of Sharepoint Online site housing functions such as publication of Training, Course Calendar, Training policies and Training References.
- Involvement in ad-hoc improvement projects and Training support.
Selection Criteria:-
- Bachelor's Degree (any fields, preferably Human Resource Management).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful team player.
- Well-organized with strong time-management skills.
- Driven and able to contribute independently while working together with others.
- Excellent knowledge of human resource digital software systems preferred.
- Good business management skills are ideal.
- Self-initiated to drive process productivity.
- Good project management capabilities preferred.
