Job Description
- To provide administrative and clinical support to daily normal functioning of clinic.
- Assist in Workplace Safety and Health Related issues
- Maintains liaison with all levels of clinical and administration staff, doctors and volunteers to coordinate clinic business, accomplish directives and to facilitate the resolution of issues, concerns and problems.
- Any other duties as required
Job Requirement
- Minimum O level education
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strongly self-motivated and willing to learn
- Having the ability to adapt to the way other people work and cope with differences in conditions or environment.
- Completed SMA’s clinic Assistant Skills Course will be an advantage.
- Independent, self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
