- Create a warm and welcoming environment where infants feel safe and secure.
- Holds 3Rs (Respect, Reciprocal, Responsive) when engaging with infants.
- Support age appropriate and holistic development with infants through interactive and stimulating activities.
- Ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Maintain good communication with the parents and Participate in parents’ discussion groups.
· Job Requirements:
- Minimum with a Higher Certificate in Infant Care(HCIC), Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care + Early Years Development Framework (CITC+EYDF)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a passion in teaching young children.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
