Balkis Family Clinic has been a medical institution in the Bedok Reservoir area for over 30 years, providing excellent patient care to the community. We are not hiring another clinic assistant to help us serve this community even better.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our in-house doctor in providing quality clinical care in an outpatient environment. Your duties will include:
- Provide frontline patient service which includes handling of phone calls, patient registration and payment
- Scheduling of appointments and coordination of diagnostic tests
- Administrative duties and handling of insurance claims filing, seeking LOG approval
- Provide support to doctor when required
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE āNā level with at least 1 year of working experience
- English and Malay is required as a large portion of the patient base is elderly Malay
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with good ability to multi-task when required
- Able to work with team mates and also individually if the need arises
- Friendly disposition and service oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or frontline will be an advantage
Working hours and days:
Clinic opening hours
Monday - Thursday: 8am-12pm & 2pm - 6pm
Friday: 9am - 12 pm & 730pm -10pm
Saturday: 9am - 12pm
Sunday: 9am - 12pm & 730pm - 10pm
- Shift work, 44 hours per week maximum
- Anything above 44 hours will be considered overtime and paid accordingly
Salary and benefits
- Salary: 1500 - 2000 Sgd / month
- Annual Leave: 10 days per year, additional 3 days off for Hari Raya Puasa and 2 days off for Hari Raya Haji
- Clinic closed on Public holidays
