Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and managing the group company’s financial system, accounting system, budget management including budget preparation, implementation and analysis;
• Responsible for the financial management of the affiliated company, assist the group company to do a good job in capital allocation management;
• Responsible for reviewing, guiding and supervising the financial work of other positions and staff in the Finance Department.
• Cooperate with different departments to ensure that business operations to meet the stakeholders' expectations;
• Financial management and implementation regional specifically within the Southeast Asian market.
• Responsible for the overall tax administration.
• Assist management in discussing PE/VC enquiries/confirmations related to the IPO, investment and financing
Professional qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a financial role;
• Strong accounting ability, ability to analyze and solve problems, promote implementation and collaborative management, and strong communication and coordination ability;
• ACCA/CPA/Accounting qualification related certificates are preferred;
• Cross-Functional Work Concept
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with operations and communicate effectively with stakeholders in the China region.
