A newly created Regional SAP Sales Cloud Consultant role has emerged with our international manufacturing client. In this exciting role, you get to travel and provide expert advice and training to the specialist departments that utilize SAP Sales Cloud, as well as carry out simple customizations in the Sales and Service Cloud. You will also be the interface between field sales and central IT, providing first and second level support and testing the system.
The Role
You will empower the field sales department by delivering expert advice and training on SAP Sales Cloud, to be the enabler for them to work efficiently and effectively. You will optimize the user experience by tailoring the Sales and Service Cloud through simple customizations, ensuring seamless workflows and alignment with business needs. You will bridge the gap by serving as the central point of contact between field sales and central IT, promptly resolving issues, escalating complex problems, and fostering smooth communication. As the go-to support, you will provide comprehensive first and second-level support to SAP users, addressing their queries and resolving technical challenges proactively.
Your Profile
You must have a Degree in IT, Business Informatics or relevant qualification and 5 years of professional experience within an SAP environment (S/4 and Service/Sales Cloud). You must be familiar with requirements engineering in terms of clarification with specialist department, conducting technical assessment and documenting user stories. We require someone with the flexibility to travel. To be successful in this role, you must have solid interpersonal skills, proactiveness, team engagement and great training/ coaching skills.
