Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate closely with various departments, devising HR strategies and offering tailored HR solutions
- Lead the implementation of special projects initiated by headquarters
Employee Relations
- Address and resolve complex employee relations matters through thorough and impartial investigations
- Oversee performance management processes and facilitate effective staff onboarding
Talent Management
- Supervise and execute talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Manage job advertisement postings on the UKG Recruitment module
- Work with management on succession planning
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry HR standards across all procedures
- Coordinate with payroll vendor to guarantee punctual and accurate payroll processing every month
- Handle annual insurance policy renewals with the broker
Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics and trends in collaboration with headquarters or APAC HR to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years or more experience in an HRBP role with at least 3 years in managerial role
- Prefers incumbent with at least 3-5 years in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
- Strong HR Generalist (with payroll experience)
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
