● Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan and implementing marketing strategies that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
● Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
● Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
● Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
● Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
● Ensure that the sales team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
● Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
● Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition & supply and demand
Responsibilities
● Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's local and global reach
● Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
● Set sales target with the sales team and ensure that company sales targets are met
● Prepare & submit daily, monthly & annual sale reports for management
● Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
