Management Trainee (Operations)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Management Trainee program. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in various aspects of F&B management within our organization. Reporting to the Operations Manager,

Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Participation: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to provide exposure to all areas of operations.
2. Shadowing: Shadow experienced managers and supervisors to learn best practices and gain practical insights into day-to-day operations.
3. Project Work: Take on special projects and assignments as assigned to apply skills and contribute to process improvements
4. Customer Service: Assist in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
5. Compliance: Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards related to food handling, sanitation, and service.
6. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations as required by management to track progress and communicate key findings.
7. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to pursue a career in F&B management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
