Butler - Hospitality Service

Responsibilities:
· Beverage Service:
o Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to diplomats and VIP guests.
o Ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation in beverage preparation.
o Familiarity with a range of international beverages is a plus.
· Guest Interaction:
o Provide courteous and professional service to diplomats and VIP guests.
o Anticipate and fulfil guests' needs to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
· General Hospitality:
o Assist in organizing and executing events hosted by the Embassy.
o Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment.
· Office Support:
o Provide assistance with photocopying and scanning tasks.
o Assist with other general office support tasks as needed.
· Miscellaneous Tasks:
o Perform general office cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness standards.
o Assist in other miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Food & Beverage and Hospitality
· Proven experience in the hospitality & F&B field, with a focus on beverage service.
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
· Previous experience serving diplomats or VIPs is advantageous.
· Flexibility to perform various tasks, including office support, cleaning, and event assistance.
Requirements:
· Male candidate aged between 25-35 years old.
· Minimum [2] years of experience in a similar role.
· Knowledge of diplomatic etiquette and protocol is a plus.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must be reliable, punctual, and well groomed.
