As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for effective execution on account management aiming on the establishment of long-term business relationships with potential stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be sales challenger who are resourceful and creative in strategizing opportunities to drive sales performance.
- Establish and develop the overall functions of the assigned accounts to achieve company set objectives in sales and financials.
- Development of annual account plan to ensure company profitability via effective sales plan in achieving targeted sales and distribution objective within budgeted spend.
- Identify opportunities in trade to drive sales performance and promotion effectiveness, both sell-in and scan sales by brands and category.
- Responsible for the sales processes and strategic development planning with assigned accounts.
- Development of both strategical and tactical plans to react into competitor’s activities
- Review and manage accounts inventory level via accurate forecasting and close monitoring.
- Preparation of annual trading terms analysis and strategical elements to devise specific action plans and improve terms' productivity
- Working closely with operation team in ensuring effective promotions campaigns. Upkeeping displays as per planogram/location and explore means to enhance displays at store level.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time.
