Job Description
1) To direct and monitor construction related sctivities, including the work of architects, contractors and consultants
2) To review architectural and engineering drawings
3) To monitor projects to ensure compliance with building regulations, policies and procedures, including inspection of completed projects for accuracy, competeness and standards and specifications.
4) To manage all projects matters
5) To ensure that all projects are delivered on time
6) To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
7) To perform other related duties as asigned.
Requirements
1) Diploma in building/ Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering
2) PC Literate and knowledge in MS office
3) Min. 2 years experience in Building Construction Industry
