Job duties and responsibilities
- Contribute to develop a cutting-edge home and wellness monitoring software ecosystem, as part of the nami product management team.
- Ideate and communicate a clear vision around the nami mobile App and SDK UX flows - and translate them into executable plans.
- Ideating and specifying those features, take full ownership of the end-to-end product planning, implementation, and validation.
- Responsible for driving the project forward, tracking down the development of the mobile app and associated SDK layers.
- Detail the roadmap and communicate it effectively to stakeholders within nami and among partners.
- Engaging closely with nami UX/UI in house designer for sketching visual directions and building consistent end-user experiences.
- Supporting our testers and end-users by gathering feedback to understand their pain points, propose improvements and solutions, first contact point of support for tier 2 and 3.
- Working closely with the leadership team to build product strategies and pave the way for product marketing.
Required qualifications
EDUCATION
Degree in engineering , Information Technology, or marketing discipline.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6-15 years of Software product management experiences, preferably in IoT space.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Passion for solving user problems, discovering pain points and digging into potential solutions.
- Fast, results-oriented environments & deliver the most value to your customers as quickly as possible.
- Strong organization skills.
- Wearing multiple hats: technical, design, UX, sales, marketing and eager to know these roles; keen to learn how to talk to respective specialists in different business units.
- Good communicator. You realise that you’re not going to figure out all the solutions yourself. You can bring people together to find the best ideas and solve problems.
- You have an analytical mind and are used to studying market best practices, while being keen to brainstorm in order to find the best directions and implementation options.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Deliver high quality, well-thought out, well-researched and timely product documents.
- Define and propose success criteria and tracking metrics that measure the impact of your work against agreed objectives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of planning, design, delivery, quality assurance and performance.
- Monitor and track product feedback to further define development prioritization.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products available as well as develop in-depth understanding of user pain points

This position will report to the Head of Product Management
