Our client, an insurance company in Singapore is looking for candidates to join their expanding business as a Head of Corporate Solutions.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team to grow the business and ensure maximum operational efficiencies & effectiveness. Provide strategic advice to the management team and adopting best practices for Corporate department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow the overall portfolio to meet the department's targets – New & Renewal Business
- Oversees and manages the daily operations and business activities of the Corporate Solutions Department
- Ensure Teamwork and align roles & responsibilities for maximum effectiveness.
- New Business development strategies
- Ensure excellent retention rate on existing portfolio.
- Develop Cross Sell strategies with other Business Units & Existing Clients
- Ensure prompt premium collection for new business.
- Managing escalations from the team and work closely with the General Manager for the overall succession planning of all team members.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or related fields of study
- At least 6 years of relevant industry experience including team management
- Knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Meticulous, responsible, organized, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- BCP, PGI, CGI & HI Certifications
