Carry out Risk Assessments and consider how risks could be reduced.
Conduct In-House Training and brief on Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure to ensure that the workforce have adequate skills and knowledge.
Maintain and review of Safety Policies and Objectives.
Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities.
Perform statutory duties of WSH Officer as stipulated in the WSH Act.
Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure that safe work practices are carried out in all work operations and compliant with WSH Act requirements.
Incidents investiagtion and propose recommendations to the management for adoption.
Liaise with regulatory bodies on safety related notices & issues, ensuring certifications are up to date and relevant.
