Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science/ Computer Design or equivalent
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Responsible for configuring and administering company‘s servers and workstations
Responsible for attending for system breakdown call and able to troubleshoot the system.
Carry out planned system check to ensure system working properly.
Must be strong in Working knowledge of the fundamental concepts & procedures.
Must be strong in Software Asset Management (SAM)
Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamic 365
Design, maintain and update company’s corporate website
Other IT-related tasks as assigned
Requirement
Provide daily IT Infrastructure/Operations support to users in SG and regional offices
Manage all IT asset (SG and regional offices)
Responsible to IT related tasks
May need to travel to other regional office for on-site support
