We are seeking a skilled and experienced SCCM Intune Migration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in managing SCCM and Intune environments, with a focus on configuration, troubleshooting, patching, deployment, and reporting. In addition to these core responsibilities, the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in application packaging and scripting to prepare applications for deployment through SCCM and Intune.
Responsibilities:
SCCM and Intune Management:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SCCM and Intune environments.
- Provide technical support for SCCM and Intune-related issues.
- Implement best practices for SCCM and Intune administration.
Migration Planning and Execution:
- Develop migration plans for transitioning from SCCM to Intune or vice versa.
- Execute migration activities with minimal impact on end-users and business operations.
- Ensure data integrity and security during migration processes.
Patching and Deployment:
- Oversee patch management processes for both SCCM and Intune.
- Coordinate and execute software deployments through SCCM and Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues promptly.
Application Packaging and Scripting:
- Package applications for deployment using SCCM and Intune.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate deployment tasks.
- Ensure compatibility and compliance of applications with SCCM and Intune standards.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for SCCM and Intune configurations.
- Generate reports on system performance, deployment status, and compliance.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing SCCM and Intune environments.
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM and Intune configuration, troubleshooting, and patch management.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.) and application packaging experience.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
