HR Cum Admin Assistant

Yoli Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment including Phone screening, coordinate with candidates, schedule for interviews.
  • Maintain and update employees' personal files.
  • Handle MOM related matter such as work passes application, renewal, cancellation & MOM survey matters.
  • Coordinate in the training program and renew course/ license/ certification due for expiry.
  • Prepare HR documents including letter of offer, confirmation letter, warning letter, memorandum and etc.
  • Liaise with insurance brokers on company insurance renewal and compare insurance coverage and price.
  • Renew company license.
  • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Provide support on office administrative matters.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or higher education.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in construstion industry will be anvantageous.
  • Willing to work in Tagore Lane area.
  • 5 days working week.
