Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment including Phone screening, coordinate with candidates, schedule for interviews.
- Maintain and update employees' personal files.
- Handle MOM related matter such as work passes application, renewal, cancellation & MOM survey matters.
- Coordinate in the training program and renew course/ license/ certification due for expiry.
- Prepare HR documents including letter of offer, confirmation letter, warning letter, memorandum and etc.
- Liaise with insurance brokers on company insurance renewal and compare insurance coverage and price.
- Renew company license.
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding
- Provide support on office administrative matters.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or higher education.
- Minimum 2-year experience in construstion industry will be anvantageous.
- Willing to work in Tagore Lane area.
- 5 days working week.
