Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager, Industrial Engineering (Automated Equipment/ Warehouse Solutions) leadership role in optimizing operational efficiency through design, implement automated systems to improve warehouse operations. Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement capacity planning strategies. Develop and define strategies and review automation project progress to ensure automation strategy is well implemented. To implement and drives innovation for process improvements of automation plans. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with teams to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.
What Will You Do

What Do We Want
- · Min Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Automation / Business/Operations Management or equivalent.
- · At least 7 years and above experiences in hands-on experience related automation design and implementation, industrial engineering or warehousing solutions or supply chain operations management and other relevant experiences.
- · Proficient of the end-to-end supply chain.
- · Have knowledge & experiences with the ability to integrate technical solutions into an operational environment to ensure a sustainable solution.
