Our client, a private natural resource extraction & trading company with annual revenue of S$80 million is seeking for a Finance Manager (Group).
As part of a 6-man team, the Finance Manager is responsible for the group consolidation, providing analysis and financial statement and strategy planning. Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will prepare annual budgets, forecasting, cashflow reports and other Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) work.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess at least a Recognized Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
• Candidates with CA, CPA, ACCA qualifications/memberships are a plus
• At least 7 years of working experience with at least 2 years experience in performing consolidation duties
• Experienced with managing/supervising a team is a distinct advantage
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
• Articulate with strong communication and presentation skills
