Job Description:
- Communicate technical issues and compile reports for Principal.
- Identify and report common technical problems for quality enhancement.
- Enhance customer service and repair quality through effective coordination and frontline management.
- Manage Type Approval submissions for new models/recall campaigns and compile monthly CCR results.
- Update warranty administration and owner/vehicle particulars for recall campaigns.
- Support daily workshop operations, including diagnostics and major repairs.
- Conduct on-site repairs and recall campaigns at dealer workshops when needed.
- Provide product knowledge and servicing information to customers and dealers.
- Mentor fellow technicians in diagnostic and technical skills.
- Perform test rides and quality control after job completion.
- Undertake any additional projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical servicing and repairs.
- A passion for motorcycles and commitment to customer service.
- Must hold a valid Class 2B license; Class 2A/2 license is a plus.
