Job Responsibilities:
· Provide office/administration support services
· Perform simple accounts payable & accounts receivable duties, issuance of invoices, process payments and receipts
· Work closely with Finance team to ensure revenue and expenses are reconciled and reporter correctly.
· Assist in budget preparation, track monthly expenses and update financials
· Record, monitor and manage files/documents
· Assist Country Head in making travel arrangements, meeting schedule and expense claims
· Assist in order fulfillment and track delivery completion
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Cloud-based applications
· Able to work independently, able to take initiative and responsibility
· A keen sense of urgency to meet deadlines
· Good team player and good communication skills
· Experience in a telecommunication environment, preferred
