Job Title: Project Engineer (ID8130)
Location: Yishun
Working Hour: 5 days work Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $4000 - $5000
Job Description:
· Manage engineering projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
· Coordinate project activities and resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
· Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
· Monitor project progress and performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
· Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
· Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
· Communicate project status, issues, and updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
· Proven experience in project engineering or project management, with at least 5 years of experience.
· Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices.
· Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with the Singapore construction industry and regulatory environment.
· Valid Singapore driver's license (if applicable).
