Job Objective/s
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational activities within the organization. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity. You will work closely with different teams and departments to implement processes and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to established processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to achieve operational targets and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes and propose innovative solutions for streamlining operations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide employees in their daily tasks.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with operational objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and present them to management.
- All other reasonable duties, as assigned.
Qualification Guidelines
Minimum Education
· At least a Diploma in Operations or similar field of study.
Minimum Experience
· 3-5 years (or more) in an operations role.
Specific Knowledge / Skills
· ERP knowledge
· Good communication skills
· Well versed in using MS Office and Google Suite
