Job Title: Operations Engineer (ID8129)
Location: Yishun
Working Hour: 5 days work Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $4000 - $5000
Job Description:
· Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
· Troubleshoot equipment and system issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
· Conduct root cause analysis for operational failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
· Train operations staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
· Proven experience in operations engineering or a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience.
· Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
· Familiarity with the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.
· Valid Singapore driver's license (if applicable).
