Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate compliance, financial and management accounting functions of a portfolio of 10 companies, you will lead, oversee and manage a finance team, ensure compliance with the Group's financial policies / procedures and local statutory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports
- Analyse and review financial reporting
- Perform cash flow forecasting as well as budgeting and forecasting
- Handle corporate tax filings and GST tax matters
- Formulate and implement processes to improve internal controls
- Liaise and coordinate with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents
- Provide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA)
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience with strong leadership capability
- Proficiency in SAP Byd is preferred, with strong knowledge of general ledger.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore's IFRS, Corporation law, Taxation law and relevant statutory requirement
- Good command of written and spoken English coupled with the ability to formulate and articulate policies and instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to relate to people at all levels
- Proactive, meticulous, "hands-on" and able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
